Your questions, answered
To become a referrer, you need to fill out an application form available at https://cast.ai/referral-program/. We will review your application as soon as possible and send a confirmation email with instructions on how to log into your referrer’s dashboard if approved.
You will receive a $100 reward for each lead that completes a demo call with CAST AI. If your lead converts to an opportunity, you will receive an additional bonus, which varies based on the opportunity size. Rewards are issued once a month upon request for total amounts exceeding $500.
If your commissions total less than $500 in a given month, CAST AI will not issue a payout. However, should the partnership be terminated by CAST AI, any amount below $500 that has not yet been paid out will be released.
As a Referrer, you will receive a unique tracking link which you can share with your friends, colleagues, or followers. You are allowed to share this link on social networks, provided that you adhere to the respective rules and regulations of these platforms and refrain from spamming.
The Confidentiality Agreement means that you agree to maintain and protect any confidential information received from CAST AI. This includes not disclosing or using such information without prior written approval from CAST AI, except as necessary for the referral program or as required by law. This obligation is effective for ten years following the termination or expiration of your partnership with CAST AI.
