Evolving the Cast AI Brand to Match the Maturity of our Platform

We’re celebrating five years of Cast AI by unveiling a bold new brand that reflects our company’s evolution and our commitment to pioneering Kubernetes automation.

We have reached an important milestone at Cast AI: our five-year anniversary. It is remarkable how far we’ve come. In the last year alone, we doubled the number of companies using our platform, welcoming customers like Akamai, BMW, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, and ShareChat to our family. Additionally, we were named a leader in G2’s Cloud Cost Management category and an IDC Innovator, cementing our leadership position in Kubernetes automation. 

I am grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey – our customers, employees, partners, and investors who bet on Cast. We would not be where we are today without each of you. Thank you! 

To celebrate, we have been working on something I am excited to share: our new brand. 

Delivering on our promise to expand our platform

When we announced our Series B in November 2023, we committed to using the funding to expand our Kubernetes Automation Platform to deliver a fully automated Kubernetes experience. Over the past 12 months, I’m proud to say we’ve delivered on that promise.

We introduced the industry’s first commercially supported Container Live Migration feature. We also launched a new solution that automatically identifies the most optimal LLM based on price and performance and deploys it on Cast-optimized Kubernetes clusters. And we unveiled a Kubernetes and container security solution that automatically remediates threats in real-time.

These solutions’ positive reception and adoption underscore their value, and we’re thrilled by how they empower our customers.

While our business and platform have matured tremendously over the last five years, our brand has remained largely unchanged since we founded Cast. That changes today.

Evolving our brand

When we began considering how to evolve our brand, we spoke with numerous customers to understand their perception of Cast. A clear trend emerged: they consider us experts in Kubernetes. They think we are pioneering automation, going beyond simply monitoring clusters and making recommendations. They value how efficient we are in everything we do – from onboarding to problem-solving. Most importantly, they trust us and consider us a member of their team who goes the extra mile.   

These qualities are Cast’s core. We want everyone, not just customers, to experience them when they interact with us, whether visiting our website, meeting us at an event, or connecting a cluster for the first time.

Our new brand is designed to amplify those attributes, better reflect the maturity of our business and platform, and position us for our next phase of growth.
