CAST AI, a Miami-based Kubernetes automation company solving the issue of soaring cloud costs, was selected to participate in eMerge Americas Startup Showcase. The conference hand-picks startups in its efforts to propel innovation in South Florida and Latin America. This year’s edition will take place April 18-19.

Partnering with the tech ecosystem, including Algorand, eMerge Americas aims to connect talent, capital, entrepreneurs, and agents from government, higher-ed, startups, investors, and industry media. The last edition of the conference in 2019 attracted more than 16k attendees and over 400 companies from 40+ countries.

Founded by the renowned cloud and cybersecurity entrepreneur Manny Medina, the conference attracts distinguished speakers: C-level executives of tech companies, investors, tech reporters, and researchers. This year’s edition will feature the likes of venture capitalist Kevin O’Leary, CEO Peter Smith, CNBC Tech Reporter Kate Rooney, singer and entrepreneur Armando “Pitbull” Perez, or 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams.

CAST AI is among the 100 companies selected for the Startup Showcase. Its Kubernetes automation and management platform will appear in the late-stage category featuring growing and mature product startups.

Miami is a gateway to LATAM, and so is the eMerge Americas conference. It’s exciting to be part of a platform fuelling the creation of an innovative technology ecosystem in the region. Being able to share insights with other tech entrepreneurs will undoubtedly add value to our product development efforts – and this is particularly important in times of the global economic crisis and inflation. That’s why we see the conference as an opportunity to learn how to make our platform even more applicable to users from around the world.

Laurent Gil, CAST AI’s Co-founder and Chief Product Officer.
