Pierre will oversee corporate strategy and financial operations, playing a pivotal role in CAST AI’s next chapter of growth

CAST AI, the leading Kubernetes automation platform, today announced that Pierre-Andre Liduena has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Pierre is a seasoned finance, operations, and strategy executive and investor in hypergrowth, global companies.

In his role as CFO, Pierre will oversee CAST AI’s finance, legal, and operations teams. He has spent the last decade leading M&A, strategic investments and partnerships, and business development at Charter Communications; advised CFOs of portfolio companies on how to scale up financial operations and raise capital; and was a board member of several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Charter Communications, he was associate director at UBS Investment Bank, and an audit/transaction advisory manager at EY. He graduated from EDHEC Business School in France and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
